Pork (82%), Water, Rusk (Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Salt, Ammonium Bicarbonate: E503ii), Seasoning (Salt, Wheat flour, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite, Dextrose, Stabiliser: E450, E451, Antioxidant: E301,E331, Spices and spice and Herb Extract). Filled into natural sheep casings.
