Pork, Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite and Preservative: Potassium Nitrate, Honey, Dijon Mustard (<5%) (Water, Mustard seeds, Alcohol Vinegar, Salt, Acid: Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite.
