With Christmas fast approaching, we are buzzing around getting the Bacon and Gammons cured ready for your special day. The favorites at Lane Farm Country Foods are the Boneless Cooked hams. Cured on the bone and slowly cooked for 12 hours, these hams are succulent in flavour with a lovely firm meaty texture that is rarely found these days and will take you back in time to the way your mum used to cook them. We offer 4 varieties of boned out Ham, a plain cooked ham, a Smoked ham which we gently smoked over Oak and Beech chippings, a glazed ham with orange marmalade and with slices of orange on top, and a ham that has been glazed with a mixture of honey and mustard . All four varieties of ham would provide a show stopping centre piece for your Christmas table.
