We take our Home Smoked Gammon (smoked using Beech and Oak wood chippings) and cook slowly giving it a succulent and smoky flavour.

We cure our ham on the bone using our family recipe. It is then slowly cooked to give it a succulent flavour and meaty texture.  Sliced by hand and carefully packed.  Can be sold as a whole or half ham for that special occasion.
